International Shipping Update!

Hey Neighbors!

Thanks for your patience with us during the holidays and  while we work through our international shipments. As of right now we just scheduled the Australian shipment to go out! Over the next week we'll be packaging up the UK and Canada Shipments too and sending them to their respective warehouses for fulfillment. 

The good news is we'll be sending all of these packages via Air so they will only take a few days to arrive at the warehouses where they'll be packed and shipped out to you! 

Rest of the world shipments will start immediately after that and take no more than a week to get out the door. So all of the international shipping will be wrapped up before the end of the month! 

Once the freight is in the respective warehouses hands we'll have pre-prepared all of the necessary documentation to make it easy for them to ship to you! 

Thanks again for your patience and we'll continue to update you as soon as we have specific news about our schedule.

International Shipping update!

Hey Neighbors! We're ALMOST THERE!

First off, thank you all so much for your patience with us while we wrap up international shipping. I'll be quick and to the point:

Australia, Canada, and UK are all packed up or almost packed up and ready to ship. We're waiting on a few odds and ends that we need to include but basically the schedule looks like this:

• Australia will ship out on Monday July 1st
• UK and Canada will ship out on the 2nd and 3rd.
• We'll be packaging RotW order in between and begin shipping those out next week as well! 

We'll be working right up to the holidays and as long as the holidays don't with pick ups or anything everything will be out the door before July 4th. 

It shouldn't take more than a week or two to arrive and process at the respective facilities. From there we can't guarantee exactly how long it will take however what we're doing is making sure everything is as easy as possible for the fulfillment centers to just re-label and send on their way to you!

I know this has been a frustrating process for some of you but I can't reiterate enough that we're still working hard, still fulfilling everything, and will continue to improve this process for the future.

We truly cannot thank you enough for your patience with us as we worked our way through this. Could it have been better? Certainly, and it will from here on out. These were some serious growing pains and we appreciate y'all sticking it out with us while we're doing our best.

International Shipping and Origins Pick Up

Hey Neighbors!

First and foremost if you are an international backer (including Canada) and would like to pick up your pledge at Origins next week let us know! It'll help us a lot to manage it and project how much extra product to bring if you drop your KS email into this form:

Since you already paid for shipping, if you're picking up we will happily apply a discount to any of our other products we have available at Origins! Looking forward to seeing you there! 

Disclaimer: If you sign up for pick up, that means we're not packaging your shipment next week. So if you don't pick up at origins and you said you would we may have to collect the difference in cost for us to ship it directly to you rather than our fulfillment partners.

Quick update on our International shipping:

Next week we'll start packaging up all the Canadian, UK, and Australian packages to send to our fulfillment centers. This process would normally only take a week but since a lot of us will be traveling to Origins the best estimate I can give you is 2 weeks. After that we'll start sending out all of the Rest of World packages as well! 

A lot of you have been frustrated with our transparency. For example when we said international shipping would start in June. However, when we said that, we literally did not have an exact date that we knew we could ship it. Our warehouse is catching up on 1000s of orders and working around the clock so we gave you the best answer we could. Additionally we have been giving you updates as soon as we have solid answers. 

However, there's good news on this front! Last weekend we made some organizational changes that will hopefully VASTLY improve our ability to communicate information to you all and everyone in the future. 

We know the situation isn't ideal, but we're doing the absolute best we can. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Update! Domestic is finished and international is starting soon.

Hey Neighbors!

Quick update on shipping:

We have finished shipping out all domestic packages! If you haven’t received your package by the end of the week send an email to [email protected] or message us here.

We’re going to start packaging and sending out international shipments in June! We’ll be sending those packages to fulfillment centers in UK and Australia so keep in mind with that extra step there will be a little extra time in between us sending them out the door and them getting to you. Luckily that process will be quick and we will start directly sending out rest of world packages immediately after that!

We’ll keep you posted with updates as often as we have them. Thank you for all your patience and support.

Shipping Update! The end is in sight!

Hey Neighbors! Thanks for your reception to our last update and thank you so much for your patience with us while we get you an accurate shipping update. 

We started yesterday with 600 Domestic packages left to pack and ship. We ended yesterday with

200 shipped, and about 300 more packaged ready to ship! So domestic is ALMOST DONE. 

One of the reasons it's been taking so long lately is because we got to the part of domestic fulfillment where every single packout is different and that takes so much more time and effort to get through. Here's some photos from our day yesterday!

For international shipping: International will be much smoother on our end. We're shipping to a fulfillment center and we're going to do as much of the legwork ahead of time as we can to make it as easy as possible on those fulfillment centers. 

Next week we'll begin international shipping and should have all of that out the door within 1 month (Just being realistic it's an extremely busy convention time for us) However! we will be completely done with shipping just in time for Sovereign Skies! Keep an eye out for the kickstarter for our first in house developed game by Aaron Wilson and Ian Zang!
